Data Deletion Instructions

The Lumerit Instagram Direct assistant stores the messages you send it and your Instagram-scoped user ID (IGSID), so it can hold a coherent conversation. You can have all of this deleted at any time.

How to request deletion

Use either method:

1. Send a direct message containing the words "delete my data" (or «удалить мои данные») to @lumerit_cafe__lounge on Instagram, or
2. Email privacy@s6ptember.space from any account, mentioning the Instagram username you write to us from.

What gets deleted

Every message in your conversation and your conversation record (including your IGSID) are permanently removed from our database. We do not retain a copy.

How long it takes

We complete deletion requests within 30 days and confirm once done.
