These terms govern your use of the Lumerit Instagram Direct assistant (the "Assistant"), an automated chat that answers questions about Lumerit, a coffee & bar and hookah lounge at 19 Pirosmani str., Batumi, Georgia, on @lumerit_cafe__lounge. By messaging the Assistant you agree to these terms.

What the Assistant does

The Assistant answers questions about the cafe: menu, prices, ingredients, hours, location, payment, and features. It is an informational tool only. It does not take orders, make reservations, process payments, or perform any other task.

No guarantee of accuracy

The Assistant is automated and may make mistakes. Menu items, prices, and hours can change. Treat its replies as guidance, not a binding offer, and confirm anything important directly with the cafe before relying on it.

Acceptable use

• Use the Assistant only for genuine questions about Lumerit.

Privacy

Your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. You can request deletion at /data-deletion.
